A dream for 49 new citizens from 36 countries were realized on Tuesday, September 11, 2012; the 225th anniversary date of the signing of the U.S. Constitution, when they were sworn in as American citizens at the Harry S. Truman Library in Independence, MO. The naturalization ceremony featured a five-member color guard from the Sons of the American Revolution.
