Private Randolph White fought along side of patriots from the Captain Robert Todd Company, Illinois Regiment of George Rogers Clark, American Revolutionary War, in the Kaskaskia - Vincennes - Piqua Battles during 1778-17779. M. Graham Clark Chapter President John Coutts officiated in the ceremony.
