Molly Pitcher Award Presentation Carolyn S. Grover 119th MOSSAR State Conference St. Louis, MO April 25, 2009
The Molly Pitcher Award is a new Award for Missouri Women called “Molly Pitcher”. The First awardee is Carolyn S. Grover. Major General Robert L. Grover, MOSSAR Color Guard Commander, is shown here presenting the Molly Pitcher Award to Carolyn S. Grover, wife of Robert L. Grover, Harry S. Truman Chapter, with a separate Molly Pitcher certificate on April 25, 2009.
The requirements for the Molly Pitcher Award are:
1. The husband must have been in uniform for 36 months.
2. The wife must have attended 10 State or National events with her husband over a 36 month period. Must submit the documentation to the Color Guard Commander by December 31st of each year.
3. Outstanding Citizenship Pin with a certificate.
