The Harry S. Truman Chapter presented a program on World War II Veteran Recognition at the 317th Harry S. Truman Chapter meeting on Saturday, November 12, 2011. The chapter recognized its five World War II veterans shown below with a presentation on their wartime service. President Dirk Stapleton presented a NSSAR Certificate of Patriotism to Compatriot Chester Bare in recognition of his World War II service.
