Pictured here is Harry S. Truman Chapter Member Robert L. Grover and Compatriot John Stewart, after marching at the Blue Springs, Missouri St. Patrick's Day Parade on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. This parade has the notoriety of being the World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade. Walking around the town of Blue Springs, you'll see a placard on the sidewalk commemorating the World's Shortest Saint Patrick's Day Parade. It extended from one side of the street to the other. There is a sign on both sides of the sidewalk.
