Harry S. Truman Chapter Meeting 273rd Meeting Independence, MO. March 8, 2008
The Harry S. Truman Chapter held it's 273rd Meeting on March 8th, 2008, in Independence, MO. As guest speaker, Mr. Dennis Owens, spoke about the topic "Understanding our Constitution". Mr. Owens is a well-known appellate attorney practicing in downtown Kansas City. He has won a case in the United States Supreme Court. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and the first member from the state of Missouri. Mr. Owens is also a member of the Native Sons of Kansas City and has served as the Senior State Chairman for the Missouri State Society Children of the American Revolution.
