Grover presented Dr. Devine with the NSSAR Silver Good Citizenship Medal for his contributions that he has provided to both our local community and nation, and to his dedication to the preservation, advancement, and outreach activities of the Truman Presidential Museum & Library. Dr. Devine also received the Harry S. Truman Chapter coin.

Compatriot Smarker has been very active, as Chapter Historian, Chapter Chairperson for the Josiah Fogg Award, member of the MOSSAR Web Committee, etc. Compatriot Smarker was recognized for his exceptional accomplishments that is making our Chapter a better organization.

The Harry S. Truman Chapter celebrated their Fourth of July Luncheon early this year on June 25, 2011, at the Grand Street Cafe in Kansas City, MO. The chapter was privileged to have as guest speaker, Dr. Michael J. Devine, Director of the Truman Presidential Museum & Library. Dr. Devine received the NSSAR Silver Good Citizenship Medal for all his contributions that he has provided to both our local community and nation, and to his dedication to the preservation, advancement, and outreach activities of the Truman Presidential Museum & Library. Dr. Devine also received the Harry S. Truman Chapter coin.
The Harry S. Truman Chapter was honored to have NSDAR Vice-President General Mary Lynn Tolle attend our luncheon. NSDAR VPG Tolle received the MOSSAR Silver Medal for her active support in both NSSAR and MOSSAR. NSDAR VPG Tolle also received the Harry S. Truman Chapter coin. In addition, the Harry S.
