President Donald Lewis Jr., presented the NSSAR War Service Medal with certificate to Compatriot Perry D. Marks, Sr. at the February 9, 2013 meeting. President Donald Lewis presented Compatriot Marks with a War Service Medal Certificate and both large and miniature War Service Medals . Compatriot Marks’ son, Compatriot Perry Dean “Bud” Marks, Jr., also participated in the presentation ceremony.
President Donald Lewis also presented Compatriot Roy Hutchinson with a War Service Medal Certificate and both large and miniature War Service Medals at the February 9, 2013 meeting. No photo is available.
The medal and certificate honors Compatriot Marks, Sr. and Compatriot Hutchinson for their public service to their Nation. We thank both Compatriot Marks and Compatriot Hutchinson for their service to this great nation. The chapter encourages all of our veteran members to wear their SAR War Service Medal or SAR Military Service Medal to recognize their service.
