Vice-President Robert L. Grover and the Harry S. Truman Color Guard, are shown here presenting Mr. Steve Noll, who was our guest speaker at the December 14, 2013 meeting, with a Certificate of Appreciation. Mr. Noll spoke on the Jackson County Court House and Jackson County, Missouri Historical Society. Mr. Noll provided many facts about the rich history of the Jackson County Court House. The Jackson County Historical Society is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving the written, oral, and physical legacy of this county.
