Jeremiah Burnett, III Grave Marker - Blue Springs Cemetery, Jackson Co., Blue Springs, MO.
 
Patriot Jeremiah Burnett III assisted in establishing American Independence as a Private, Capt James Franklin’s Company of Foot, 10th Virginia Regiment; enlisting 26 Dec 1777.  He also provided food for a hospital at the Henry County Courthouse, Virginia. 
 
Jeremiah (son of Jeremiah Burnett II and Elizabeth Claybrook) was born 1749, Virginia; died 28 Jun 1848, Jackson County, Missouri; and buried Blue Springs Cemetery, Blue Springs, Jackson County, Missouri.  The Blue Springs Cemetery is located at 2800 Southwest Walnut Street, Blue Springs, Missouri.
