The Harry S. Truman Chapter and Color Guard attended the 2008 National Genealogical Society Genealogical Conference, held May 14-17, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in downtown Kansas City, MO. The NSSAR sponsored this event and members of the Harry S. Truman Chapter represented the Sons of the American Revolution exhibit. The theme this year is “Show Me the Nation’s Records.” Overall, there were over 1,600 people who attended, 125 exhibitors and 166 lectures and workshops for antendess to participate in all four days of the conference.
