The MOSSAR Color Guard is shown here participating in a Naturlalization Ceremony, at the Harry S. Truman Library in Independence, MO on September 17, 2013. The Honorable Ortrie D. Smith, presided with the Naturlalization Ceremony, in which 50 new citizens attended, along with 150 family members. The Blue and Gold Singers, William Christman High School, Independence, Ron Patch, Director, sang the National Anthem and America The Beautiful.
